Welcome to Bio Optimize. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and cellular regeneration coaching programs. Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. By accessing our website or enrolling in our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.
1. Definitions
• "Bio Optimize," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the cellular regeneration coaching business operated by Mostafa Alansari.
• "Client," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses our website, completes our assessment, or enrolls in our programs.
• "Services" refers to our cellular regeneration coaching programs, consultations, assessments, and related offerings.
• "Program" refers to the 6-month cellular regeneration coaching program in any of its tiers.
2. Services Overview
2.1 Nature of Services
Bio Optimize provides educational coaching and guidance in the field of cellular health optimization. Our services include:
• Health assessment questionnaires
• Discovery calls and consultations
• Personalized coaching sessions (bi-weekly)
• Custom protocol recommendations
• Ongoing support via WhatsApp
2.2 Program Tiers and Pricing
Our 6-month programs are offered at three pricing tiers ranging from $4,500 to $9,000 USD, depending on the scope of services, testing, and support included.
Specific pricing and program details are discussed during the discovery call and confirmed in writing before enrollment.
3. Enrollment and Payment
3.1 Enrollment Process
To enroll in our program, you must:

• Complete our health assessment questionnaire
• Attend a discovery call to discuss your health situation and goals
• Receive and accept a program proposal
• Complete payment through our secure payment processor (Stripe)
3.2 Payment Terms
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Payment plans may be available upon request (discussed during enrollment)
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction
• Failed payments may result in suspension of services until resolved
4. Results Guarantee and Refund Policy
4.1 Our 12-Week Results Guarantee
We stand behind our methodology. If you do not experience measurable improvements in your cellular health markers or symptom reduction within the first 12 weeks of the program, you are eligible for a full refund of your program fees.
4.2 Conditions for Guarantee Eligibility
To qualify for our 12-week guarantee, you must demonstrate full compliance with the program, including:
• Attendance: Attend all scheduled coaching sessions (bi-weekly). Rescheduling is permitted with 24-hour notice, but no more than 2 reschedules per month.
• Protocol Adherence: Follow the prescribed protocols, including nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle recommendations, with at least 80% compliance as documented in your progress tracking.
• Communication: Respond to check-in communications within 48 hours and report any issues or concerns promptly.
• Testing: Complete any recommended lab work or assessments within the specified timeframes.
• Documentation: Maintain your progress journal or tracking as requested.
4.3 Guarantee Exclusions
The guarantee does not apply if:
• You fail to meet the compliance requirements outlined above
• You miss more than 2 coaching sessions without proper rescheduling
• You discontinue the program before the 12-week mark

• You fail to communicate issues or concerns in a timely manner
4.4 How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under our guarantee:
• Submit your refund request in writing to [email protected]
• Include documentation of your compliance (session attendance, protocol adherence)
• Request must be submitted within 14 days after the 12-week mark
• We will review your request and compliance records within 14 business days
• Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days via the original payment method
4.5 Protocol Adjustment Option
Before issuing a refund, we reserve the right to offer protocol adjustments to address your specific situation. If progress is not occurring despite full compliance, we will work with you to modify your protocol at no additional cost. The 12-week guarantee period may be extended to accommodate protocol adjustments.
5. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information about your health history and current situation
• Attend scheduled sessions on time or reschedule with appropriate notice
• Implement the recommendations and protocols provided
• Communicate openly about your progress, challenges, and any changes to your health
• Take responsibility for your own health decisions and outcomes
• Respect appointment times and cancellation policies
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
6.1 Session Cancellation
• Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be marked as a "no-show"
• Two or more no-shows may affect your guarantee eligibility
• Excessive rescheduling (more than 2 per month) may require discussion (Bio Optimize – Terms & Conditions | Page 3 of 5)
6.2 Program Termination
If you wish to terminate your program early (outside of the guarantee), refunds are generally not provided for the remaining program period. However, we may consider partial refunds on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances. (medical emergencies, etc.). Please contact us to discuss your situation.
7. Intellectual Property
All content provided through our services, including but not limited to protocols, educational materials, assessments, and recommendations, is the intellectual property of Bio Optimize. You may not:
• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our materials without written permission
• Share your personalized protocols with third parties
• Use our materials for commercial purposes
• Record sessions without explicit written consent
8. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and health details. Your information will not be shared with third parties except as outlined in our Privacy Policy or as required by law. We may use anonymized, aggregated data for research, marketing, or educational purposes. No personally identifiable information will be disclosed in such cases.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• Bio Optimize shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
• Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
• We do not guarantee specific health outcomes, as individual results vary based on numerous factors.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bio Optimize, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees)
arising from:
• Your breach of these Terms
• Your misuse of our services or materials

11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved as follows:
• Informal Resolution: We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any concerns amicably.
• Mediation: If informal resolution fails, disputes may be submitted to mediation.
• Arbitration: Unresolved disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. For enrolled clients, material changes will be communicated via email. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the
remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Medical Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bio Optimize regarding the use of our services, superseding any prior agreements.
